Public Notice – Reduced Load Restrictions on Township Roads

In accordance with the s.122, subsection (7), Chapter H.8, of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O.1990, and the Township of Addington Highlands By-law No. 0961/2025, as amended, a reduced load restriction will be in effect on all Township Roads as posted from March 6th, 2026.

Persons contravening this regulation will be prosecuted under Section 122 of The Highway Traffic Act.
