Use the following application form to register your dog(s) for a 2024 Dog Tag License with the Township of Addington Highlands. Following submission of the form and payment, the application will be reviewed and processed by Township staff. Please allow 5-10 business days for receipt of your dog tag(s). The tags will be mailed to the address provided on this form.
