Public Notice – Customer Standards Development Committee Recommendations

Hello Customer Service Standards Development Committee members,

I am pleased to let you know that the committee’s initial recommendations report has been posted on the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility’s website for public consultation.

The consultation period is being extended by one month. The new closing date for the consultation is February 6, 2025. Feedback can also be provided via email at CSreviewSDC@ontario.ca. I encourage you to share the report and the survey with your networks to promote feedback.

I would like to thank all of you for your commitment and efforts and congratulate you in achieving this significant milestone. I look forward to reading the final report, once you have considered the public’s feedback.
